I first met Trevor and Christine at Broadstairs Folk Week. There was one particular conversation Trevor and I had in a Broadstairs pub one evening when we discovered our mutual interest in Art & Music: having a conversation where our ideas bounced off each other gave us the foundations for a solid and enduring friendship with plenty of fun, laughter, general observations on life and Parties! Trevor’s profound observations, were always valued where he could give an insight to the core of an issue. I will always be in awe of his brilliant ability to dance and look so dynamic on the dance floor. His special qualities were a sense of fun, positive outlook and his genuine reflections on life. Immensely practical and creative, I doubt there would be any area of creative endeavour he could not turn his hand to adding style and sensitivity. I really appreciated it when he visited my exhibition and the constructive criticism and respect he gave my work. Trevor, you were a one off and all our lives are richer for knowing you! You will be missed, but never forgotten. Dylan
